中心静脉导管行胸腔闭式引流治疗气胸的临床观察

摘    要:目的比较中心静脉导管与粗硅胶引流管行胸腔闭式引流治疗气胸的疗效和并发症。方法我科收治的116例气胸患者随机分为研究组(58例)和对照组(58例),研究组采用中心静脉导管行胸腔闭式引流,对照组采用粗硅胶引流管行胸腔闭式引流,观察两组的治疗效果和并发症。结果研究组和对照组相比,治疗效果接近,差异无统计学意义。但在某些并发症上,研究组较对照组明显减少,差异有统计学意义。结论采用中心静脉导管行胸腔闭式引流治疗气胸创伤小、操作简单、引流效果可靠、并发症少,值得临床推广。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the curative effects and complications of central vein catheter closed drainage in treating pneumothorax comparing with thick silica gel drainage tube. Methods A total of 116 pneumothorax patients who were admitted in our department were randomly divided study treatment group( n = 58 ) and control group( n = 58 ). The study group were given closed drainage of thoracic cavity by central venous catheter. The control group were given closed drainage of thoracic cavity by thick silica gel drainage tube. And the clinical efficacy and complications were evaluated by the two groups. Results Comparing with control group, there was no statistically significant difference of treatment effect in study group. But the complications were reduced significantly in patients using thoracic closed drainage of central vein catheter comparing with thick silica gel drainage tube. Conclusion The application of central vein catheter closed drainage in treating pneumothorax can reduce trauma, easy to operate, reliable in drainage effect and alleviate the complications. It deserves to be used in clinical practice widerly.
