针对性护理在肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者中的护理效果

目的:探讨针对性护理在肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者中的护理效果。方法:选取2010年9月-2012年6月于本院进行治疗的72例肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组每组各36例,对照组采用常规护理进行干预,观察组则采用针对性护理进行干预,将两组的总有效率、并发症发生率和干预前、后的生存质量、治疗遵从性进行评估及比较。结果:观察组的总有效率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,干预后的生存质量及治疗遵从性均优于对照组,P均<0.05,有显著性差异。结论:针对性护理在肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者中的护理效果较好,有助于改善患者的综合状态。

Nursing Effect of Pertinence Nursing in Patients with Hepatic Cirrhosis Combined with Upper Digestive Tract Hemorrhage

Objective:To study the nursing effect of pertinence nursing in patients with hepatic cirrhosis combined with upper digestive tract hemorrhage.Methods:72 patients with hepatic cirrhosis combined with upper digestive tract hemorrhage in our hospital from September 2010 to June 2012 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 36 cases in each group,the control group were intervened with routine nursing,the observation group were intervened with pertinence nursing,then the total effective rate,incidence of complications and quality of life and treatment compliance before and after the intervention of two groups were evaluated and compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,incidence of complications was lower than that of control group,quality of life and treatment compliance after the intervention were all better than those of control group,all P<0.05,there were all significant differences.Conclusion:The nursing effect of pertinence nursing in patients with hepatic cirrhosis combined with upper digestive tract hemorrhage is better,and it is contributive to improving the comprehensive state of patients.
