| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨基因bcl-2在喉鳞癌中的表达及其与bax的关系,以及在喉癌发生、发展中的作用。方法:应用免疫组化法测定110例喉鳞癌标本及20例正常粘膜中bcl-2及bax的表达。结果:正常粘膜几乎不表达bcl-2,喉鳞癌标本中表达率47.3%,和病理分级、淋巴结转移情况相关;bax蛋白在喉鳞癌阳性表达率为66.4%;bcl-2和bax呈负相关。结论:bcl-2与bax关系密切,在与喉癌的发生、发展中起作用,有望作为早期诊断的指标基因治疗靶点。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression of bcl-2 and bax and their relationship,and their roles in the generation and development of laryngeal sqamous cell carcinoma.Methods:Immunohistochemical methods was used to study 110 cases of laryngeal carcinoma and 15 cases normal laryngeal tissues to detect the expression of bcl-2 and bax.Results:Among 110 cases of laryngeal sqamous cell carcinoma the rate of expression of bcl-2 was 47.3%;its expression was closely correlated with pathological grade,lymph node metastasis.The rate of bax was 66.4% in laryngeal carcinoma.Bcl-2 expression was inversely related to caspase-3 expression.Conclusion:bcl-2 is closely related to caspase-3,which plays an important role in tumor expansion and progression.It will be the target of gene therapy in laryngeal carcinoma. |
