| 摘 要： | 结直肠癌是发达国家及发展中国家高发病率和高死亡率的恶性疾病。辅助化疗是结直肠癌综合治疗的重要组成部分。今年来，结直肠癌辅助化疗涌现了许多新观念，取得了许多新进展。本文对此进行全面阐述，以指导临床上合理应用辅助化疗，提高结直肠癌的疗效，延长患者的生存期，改善生活质量。 |

The auxiliary chemotherapy is the colon cancer complex therapy important component. This year comes, the colon cancer auxiliary chemotherapy has emerged many new ideas, has made many new progress. This article carries on the comprehensive elaboration regarding this, instructs on the clinical reasonable application auxiliary chemotherapy, enhances the colon cancer the curative effect, lengthens patient＇s lifetime, the improvement quality of life. |
