| 摘 要： | 循证医学的核心是在医疗决策中将临床证据、个人经验与患者的实际情况和意愿三者相结合。它乃是适应合理运用卫生资源、应对信息化时代挑战以及人文主义回归的要求应运而生。它给临床教育的发展提供了极有价值的启示,即应构建人本的、可持续发展的、最优化的医学教育体系。

| Abstract: | The core of evidence-based medicine is to connect the clinical evidence, personal experience and the actual condition and wish of the patient in clinical decision-making. Evidence-based medicine results from the need of rational use of medical resources, meeting challenges of information age and returning to humanism. Its enlightenment to clinical education is that we should build people-oriented, sustainable and optimized medical education system. |
