早产儿发育支持性护理的临床应用研究

目的:探讨发育支持性护理在早产儿生长发育的应用效果。方法:随机将120例早产儿按1∶1配对分成观察组60例和对照组60例,观察组在早产儿出生后提供发育支持性护理,对照组早产儿按常规进行护理。结果:观察组早产儿每日进奶量、平均体重增长速度明显高于对照组,住院天数较对照组缩短,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:发育支持性护理有利于早产儿生长发育,提高其生活质量。

Study on clinical application of supportive care for development of premature infants

Objective:To explore the application effect of supportive care on growth and development of premature infants.Methods:One hundred and twenty premature infants were randomly divided into observation group(60 premature infants) and control group(60 premature infants),the premature infants in observation group were treated with supportive care after birth,while the premature infants in control group were treated with routine nursing.Results:The daily milk intake and average growth rate of body weight of premature infants in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,the hospitalization day in observation group was shorter than that in control group,there were statistically significant differences in the above-mentioned indexes between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Supportive care is beneficial to growth and development of premature infants,which can improve their quality of life.
