全蝎抗凝活性成分的研究

摘    要:目的研究全蝎提取液抗凝活性成分。方法以紫外分光光度法测其抗凝蛋白含量,以凝血酶时间(TT)为指标,以提取次数、提取工艺、加热时间、反复冻融及酸碱度考察全蝎提取液抗凝活性成分的稳定性。结果其凝血酶时间与蛋白质含量呈正比关系(γ=0.9988),全蝎以提取2次为宜,对热的稳定性较差,与冻融的次数无关(P>0.05),易受pH的影响,经酸碱处理后的TT有所降低P(<0.05),在3种提取工艺中,冷浸液的活性最强(P<0.01)。结论全蝎提取液的抗凝活性成分易受提取次数、提取工艺、受热时间及pH的影响。

Abstract:Objective To study anticoagulating active compornents of Scorpin.Methods The content of anticoalgulating protein was measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.According to the index of thrombin time,the stabilityrd of anticoagulating active components in Scorpin was examined with extracting times and technology,heating-time,repeated unfreezing and acid-base scale.Results There was derect ration(r=0.9988)between thrombin time and protein content.The optimum extracting conditions of Scorpin was extracted two times.And the stability of Scorpin was bad,but was unrelated to the times of unfreezing.The thrombin time disposed by acid-base was decreased(P<0.05).Among 3 extracting technology,the anticoagulating activity of immersed solution was the highest(P<0.01).Conclusions The anticoagulating active components of Scorpin extract solution is affected easily by extracting times and technology,heating-time and pH.
