路路通治疗糖尿病高脂及高粘血症

目的　观察路路通治疗糖尿病高脂及高粘血症的临床效果。方法　 42例糖尿病合并高脂及高粘血症患者随机分组对照观察 ,路路通治疗组 2 2例给予路路通注射液 1 0g溶于低分子右旋糖酐注射液 5 0 0ml中静点 ,每日 1次 ,共 4周 ;对照组 2 0例降血糖等基本治疗与路路通组相同 ,另外只给予低分子右旋糖酐注射液 5 0 0ml静点 ,每日 1次 ,共 4周。结果　路路通组降血脂的总有效率为 80 % ,而对照组则无明显改善 ,差异显著 ,P <0 0 5。对高粘血症的有效率也显著高于对照组 ,P <0 0 5。结论　路路通对糖尿病高脂及高粘血症有良好疗效

Clinical Investigation on the Effect of Injection Lulutong on Diabetic Hyperlipemia and Blood Hyperviscosity

Objective To observe the effect of injection Lulutong on diabetic hyperlipemia and blood hyperviscosity.Methods 42 type 2 diabetes mellitus with hyperlipemia and blood hyperviscosity were involved in a randomized control clinical trial.22 cases were treated with Inj Lulutong 1.0g solved in 500ml Inj dextra low molecular intravenously everyday for 4 weeks.20 cases treated with the same basic hypoglycemic therapy as the Lulutong group except 500ml Inj dextra low molecular intravenously everyday for 4 weeks as control.Results The effective rate of diabetic hyperlipemia was 82% in Lulutong group,which were increased obviously compared with the control,P<0.05;Diabetic blood hyperviscosity was also improved significanly compared with the control,P<0.05.Conclusion Inj Lulutong could give good effects on diabetic hyperlipemia and blood hyperviscosity.
