食管癌贲门癌手术切除术74例疗效分析

通过对 74例食管癌贲门癌手术病人回顾性分析及随访 ,其结果为 :总切除率 90 .5 % ,术后 1个月死亡 1例 ,占 1.35 % ,术后并发症 8例 ,占 10 .8% ,全组 1、3、5年生存率分别为 6 5 .1%、36 .9%、2 5 .0 %。认为提高切除率和远期生存率 ,降低术后病死率及并发症 ,必须早期发现 ,及时治疗 ,严格掌握手术适应证 ,正确选择术式 ,扩大切除范围 ,并开展综合治疗。

Resection surgery for carcinoma of the esophagus and cardia

A retrospective analysis and follow-up of 74 patients with carcinoma of esophagus and cardia was conducted. Results showed that the total resection rate was 90.5%. There was one death within 30 days of surgery (1.35%) and 8 cases (10.8%) had complications. The survival rates for the first, third and fifth year were 65.1%, 36.9% and 25.0%, respectively. This study indicates that the way to improve the resection rate, improve long-term survival and lower the fatality and complication rate is to control the operative indications, select the correct operation, enlarge the resection margin and use combination treatment.
