| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血液B型尿钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)检测对于老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并心力衰竭急诊诊断的临床价值。方法选取我院收治的老年AECOPD患者80例,根据合并心力衰竭的诊断结果分为两组,统计患者NT-proBNP水平。结果 COPD合并心衰组患者NT-proBNP水平显著高于COPD患者,抗心衰治疗1周后NT-proBNP水平显著改善。结论血液NT-proBNP检验能够作为老年COPD合并心力衰竭诊断的有效指标,对临床预后判定有积极作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical value of blood B-type NT-proBNP detection for emergency diagnosis on elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with heart failure. Methods 80 elderly COPD patietns were divided into two groups according to the diagnostic results of complicated with heart failure. The NT-proBNP level of patients was compared. Results The NT-proBNP level of patients with COPD complicated with heart failure was evidently higher than that of patients with COPD only. The level of NT-proBNP improved significantly 1 week after anti-heart failure treatment. Conclusion The detection of NT-proBNP can be used as an effective indicator to diagnose elderly COPD complicated with heart failure,which plays a positive role in clinical prognosis judgment. |
