自拟中药方治疗甲型H1N1流感病人发热的疗效观察

目的 探讨中药治疗甲型H1N1流感病人发热的疗效.方法 随机将门诊发热的甲型H1N1流感病人分为治疗组和对照组,两组病人均给予综合治疗,治疗组加服自拟中药方剂,观察两组病人体温降到正常时所需的时间.结果 治疗组体温降至正常时所需的平均时间为（21.0±5.1）小时,对照组体温降至正常时所需的平均时间为（79.9±9.2）小时.两组比较差异有显著统计学意义（P=0.000）.结论 中药治疗甲型H1N1流感病人发热有良好的作用,值得研究和推广应用.

The efficacy of Chinese medicinal formulae for fever in patients with influenza A (H1N1) infection

Objective To explore the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine for treating fever in patients with influenza A (H1N1) infection. Methods The influenza A H1N1 patients at the fever clinic were randomly divided into study group and control group. The patients in the two groups were treated with general therapy. The study group received traditional Chinese medicine. The time for the body temperature to returning to normal was observed. Results The average time for the body temperature to returning to normal was (21.0 ± 5.1) hours in the study group and (79.9 ± 9.2) hours in the control group. There were significant differences between the two groups (P= 0.000). Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine has a better effect on fever in influenza A H1N1 patients and it is worth studying and using widely.
