1995-2011年我院收治854例AIDS患者情况分析

目的分析我院收治AIDS患者情况,预测AIDS流行新趋势,为综合防治和科学干预提供信息和依据。方法对1995年至2011年17年期间我院收治AIDS患者的流行病学资料进行分析。结果自1995年我院发现首例AIDS患者至2011年,累计报告AIDS患者854例,死亡49例,死亡率5.74%。男696例,女158例,男女比为4.41∶1。25~35岁年龄组报告例数最多,占36.53%。性传播是主要传播途径,占97.97%。而在性传播中,又以男男性传播为主,占60.66%。结论性传播是主要传播途径,又以男男性传播为主,年龄趋于小龄化。因此,宣传教育、强化干预措施不能放松,以阻断HIV向一般人群传播,遏制AIDS流行。

Situation Analysis of 854 Cases of AIDS Patients from 1995 to 2011 in Our Hospital

Objective To provide information and evidence for comprehensive prevention and control and scientific intervention with AIDS,the situation of patients with AIDS were analyzed,and its new epidemic trend was predicted.Methods Epidemiological data of patients with AIDS who were admitted by our hospital from 1995 to 2011 was analyzed.Results From the first case of AIDS found in 1995 in our hospital to 2011,854 cases of AIDS were reported accumulatively,49 of them died,and the death rate is 5.74%.696 patients are male and 158 patients are female.The age of 36.53% of all patients is from 25 to 35.The main transmission way was sexual transmission,accounted for 97.97%.And in sexual transmission,male spread was the primarily way,accounted for 60.66%.Conclusion The main transmission way was sexual transmission,and male spread was the primarily way,the age tend to be small.In order to restraint prevail of AIDS and block HIV transmission to the public in general,propaganda education,and the strengthen intervention measures should not be relaxed.
