| 摘 要： | 目的:研究血清载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、载脂蛋白B载/脂蛋白A1(ApoB/ApoA1)值与冠脉粥样硬化病变及其严重程度的关系。方法:500例行冠脉造影检查的住院患者根据冠脉造影结果分为冠心病组(CHD组,206例)和对照组(294例),比较血清ApoB、ApoB/ApoA1值在两组中的变化,分析ApoB、ApoB/ApoA1值与颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)、冠脉病变支数及狭窄严重程度的相关性。结果:CHD组血清ApoB[(1.02±0.25)vs(0.86±0.22).gL-1,P<0.05]和ApoB/ApoA1值(0.94±0.50vs0.78±0.21,P<0.05)显著高于对照组;ApoB(r=0.46,P<0.01)、ApoB/ApoA1值(r=0.52,P<0.01)与IMT呈显著正相关,与冠脉病变支数(ApoB:r=0.29,P<0.05;ApoB/ApoA1:r=0.42,P<0.01)及狭窄程度(ApoB:r=0.32,P<0.01;ApoB/ApoA1:r=0.38,P<0.01)亦呈显著正相关。结论:ApoB、ApoB/ApoA1值与冠心病发病及冠脉病变程度密切相关,反映了动脉粥样硬化的程度。
