| Abstract: | According to the regulations of the national medical business operation permission, the pre-phase preperation work to establish dental clinic with private capital, such as location, characteristic, type of the medical organization, and application procedures are intooduced. This paper focuses on feasibility analysis, employee recruitmen and capital allocation. It also provides support policy and experience for investors. |
