眶颅沟通瘤的临床分析

目的探讨眶颅沟通瘤的临床特点及治疗方法。方法对16例眶颅沟通瘤进行回顾性分析,并总结其临床和治疗特点。结果肿瘤源发于眶内者多见,病理类型分散;所有患者均行手术治疗,肿瘤全切除13例,次全切除2例,大部切除1例。术后患者症状和体征均明显改善。结论眶颅沟通瘤病理类型多样。手术是眶颅沟通瘤的主要治疗手段,具备良好的手术技巧,可获得令人满意的治疗效果。

Clinical analysis of orbitocranial tumors

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and the methods of operative treatment in orbitocranial tumors.Methods 16 cases with orbitocranial tumors were retrospectively analyzed, clinical characteristics and the methods of treatment were concluded.Results Most of orbitocranial tumors were from orbit,the pathological types were variously,all patients were under operative treatment.13 cases with orbitocranial tumors were total removed;2 cases were subtotal removed;1 case was partial removed.All patients' symptoms and signs were improved.Conclusion Pathological types of orbitocranial tumors are variously,treatment for orbitocranial tumors is operation.The good operative skills will obtain the satisfactory effect.
