改良阴式子宫切除术临床效果评价

目的:通过对非脱垂有盆腔手术史及大子宫改良阴式子宫切除术与开腹子宫切除术进行比较,评价改良阴式子宫切除术的优越性及其在基层医院开展的可能性。方法:对26例非脱垂大子宫及有盆腔手术史者行改良阴式子宫切除术(阴式组),并与同期26例开腹子宫切除术进行比较。结果:阴式组肛门排气时间、术后发热时间和住院时间均明显少于腹式组(P<0.01),但两组手术时间和术中出血量差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:改良阴式子宫切除术与开腹子宫切除术相比术后恢复快。对于有盆腔手术史及大子宫者也是安全可行的,适合在基层医院开展。

Clinical effect of improved total vaginal hysterectomy
