经尿道电切加吡柔比星药物灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎的临床研究

目的 探讨经尿道电切加膀胱内吡柔比星灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎的临床疗效.方法 对80例腺性膀胱炎患者经尿道电切加药物灌注治疗.结果 80例患者经上述综合治疗后,总有效率为92.3%,其中治愈者69.4%,有效者22.9%,无效9.7%.治疗期间患者血、尿常规及肝肾功能正常.结论 经尿道膀胱电切术膀胱腔内吡柔比星灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎疗效确切,值得在基层医院推广.

Clinical study on transurethral electrocision plus pirarubicin perfusion for treatment of cystitis glandularis

Objective To explore the clinical effect of urethral electrocision and drug reperfusion in treatmentof glandular bladder inflammation.Methods Eighty cases of glandular cystitis were treated with transurethralelectrocision plus pirarubicin perfusion.Results Among 80 patients treated with comprehensive treatment,the total effective rate was 92.3%,of which 69.4% with satisfactory outcome,and basical satisfaction in 22.9% of patients,failure in 9.7%.Conclusion The application of transurethral electrocision plus pirarubicin perfusion in treatment of glandular cystitis is effective,and it is worthy to be recommended for clinical application especially in basic-level hospitals.
