厄贝沙坦与福辛普利降压效果的对比研究

目的 研究厄贝沙坦与福辛普利治疗原发性高血压病的疗效和不良反应.方法 选取轻、中度原发性高血压病患者56例,随机分为两组,治疗组28例服用厄贝沙坦治疗,对照组28例服用福辛普利治疗,4周后根据血压决定维持原剂量或加用苯磺酸氨氯地平;总疗程8周.结果 厄贝沙坦组治疗总有效率达92.8%,福辛普利组总有效率为89.3%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率为10.7%,对照组为17.9%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 厄贝沙坦治疗轻、中度原发性高血压病近期疗效明显,效果持久稳定,不良反应发生率低,适合基层医院使用.

Comparison of irbesartan and fosinopril in the treatment of hypertension

Objective To investigate the efficacy and adverse effect of irbesartan and fosinopril in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods Fifty-six patients with essential hypertension were treated with irbesartan（n=28） and fosinopril（n=28） respectively.The use of amlodipine besylate depended on the level of blood pressure 4 wks after treatment.The total course of treatment was 8 wks.Results Total treatment efficiency of irbesartan was 92.8%,it was 89.3% in fosinopril treatment group（P0.05）.The incidence of adverse effect in irbesartan group was 10.7%,it was 17.9% in fosinopril group.Conclusion Irbesartan shows good short-term clinical outcome and has a low incidence of adverse effect in the treatment of mild-moderate essential hypertension.
