胸腰椎联接部普通X线投照遮挡板的实际应用

摘    要:
目的探讨在胸腰椎联接部侧位X线投照中应用不同厚度遮挡板方法的价值。方法随机选择2010年3月至2011年7月使用GE公司生产专用高频摄影X线机拍摄的胸腰椎联接部患者照片300例,其中使用遮挡板140例,其余的为不使用遮挡板。结果使用和未使用遮挡板3组不同体厚图像间,第12胸椎椎体与第3腰椎椎体的密度差无明显差异。未使用遮挡板胸、腰椎影像密度值差异明显,12胸椎与3腰椎椎体密度平均差值大;使用遮挡板后,第12胸椎椎体与第3腰椎椎体密度差值显著减小。结论通过在管球的遮线窗口插槽处加一个遮挡板的方法来吸收部分靠近胸椎部的X线,达到胸腰椎联接部影像密度的一致。不同体厚患者应使用不同厚度遮挡板。

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the value of baffle plate in thoracic and lumbar vertebral joint X-ray photography.Methods X-ray photographs of 300 cases by GE high frequency X-xay machine including 140 with baffle plate and 160 without baffle plate during March 2010 to July 2011 were selected for this study.300 photographs were divided into three groups according to the body thickness of patients and then they were compared with each other.Sixty of them were imaged and compared with thoracic and lumbar vertebral joint by GE Produced Centricity MP3510 CR before and after using baffle plate.Results There was no significant difference in density of twelfth thoracic vertebra and third lumbar vertebra among three groups with or without baffle plate.The mean difference in density of twelfth thoracic vertebra and third lumbar vertebra with baffle plate is bigger than that without baffle plate.Conclusion The density of twelfth thoracic vertebra and third lumbar vertebra can keep consistency by using baffle plate inserting into cover-line slot of X-ray tube to absorb x-ray close to thoracic vertebrae.Patients with different body thickness should use baffle plate with different thickness.
