自拟止泻汤治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的临床研究

目的:观察自拟止泻汤治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效。方法:将2006年10月至2008年2月来我院就诊的146例婴幼儿秋季腹泻患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予自拟止泻汤联合西医治疗,对照组给予单纯西医治疗。结果:治疗组腹泻停止时间、临床症状改善时间以及总病程均短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗组总有效率为97.26%,对照组总有效率为83.56%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);两组均未发现明显治疗副作用。结论:自拟止泻汤联合西医治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻疗效确切,副作用少,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Research of Treatment about Zhixie Soup on Children with Rotavirus Enteritis

Objective: To estimate the effects of Zhixie soup on treatment of children rotavirus enteritis.Method: 146 cases of children rotavirus enteritis from October 2006 to February 2008 were divided randomly into two groups.The treatment group received the combined treatment of Zhixie soup and western medicine,and the control group received western medicine.Result: The time of check diarrhea,time of improving in clinical symptom and course of disease were shorter than those in control group(P<0.001).And total effective rate in treatment group was 97.26% and 83.56% in control group,there were significant different in two groups(P<0.05).No side effects of treatment was found in two groups.Conclusion: The effects is obvious for curing children rotavirus enteritis by combineing treatment of Zhixie soup and western medicine,and the side effects is fewer,so it is worth utilizing widely in clinic.
