| 摘 要： | 目的]观察粗针神道穴透刺治疗慢性荨麻疹对血清免疫球蛋白E（IgE）的影响及临床疗效。方法]将60例患者随机分成两组，治疗组30例采用粗针神道穴透刺治疗，对照组30例采用口服盐酸左西替利嗪片。结果]治疗12周两组疗效比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。两组患者在治疗2周、6周、12周后血清IgE水平与治疗前比较均有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。对照组血清IgE水平与治疗前比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论]粗针神道穴透刺可以有效降低慢性荨麻疹患者的血清IgE水平，且疗程短，中远期疗效稳定。
