| 摘 要： | 】 Objective To
observe the changes of hemostatic function in 24 hours in patients with acute cerebral
infarction treated with 1,000,000IU of recombinant streptokinase(r-SK).Method Sixty
selected patients were divided into r-SK group and control group and their
PT,APTT,TT,Fg,AT-ⅢAg and AT-ⅢA were surveyed.Results After r-SK treatment,the
patients' PT,TT and APTT prolonged,Fg and AT-ⅢA decreased and all of them had
statistical significances compared with controls.The changes lasted for 24
hours.Conclusion Although the dosage of r-SK could affect the hemostatic function of
patients,the range and duration are limited.From this point of hemostasis,this dosage of
r-SK is safe in treating early stage of acute cerebral infarction.
