电刺激生物反馈疗法治疗女性产后盆底功能障碍的临床效果分析

摘    要:目的:探究电刺激生物反馈疗法治疗女性产后盆底功能障碍的效果。方法选取2011年4月~2013年10月在本院妇产科接受治疗的女性产后盆底功能障碍患者245例,随机将其分为观察组(130例)和对照组(115例),对照组给予传统的盆底肌肉功能锻炼治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用电刺激+生物反馈治疗。治疗1个疗程后,评估两组患者肌力的改善情况,观察比较两组患者的性生活质量以及尿失禁等情况。结果观察组肌力改善总有效率为90.0%,高于对照组的73.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者尿失禁、性生活质量改善情况均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用电刺激生物反馈方法治疗女性产后盆底功能障碍具有较好的治疗效果,明显提高了患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect analysis of electric stimulation biofeedback therapy in treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of electric stimulation biofeedback therapy in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction. Methods 245 cases of patients with pelvic floor dysfunction treated between April 2011 to October 2013 in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital were selected,and were randomly divided into observa-tion group (130 cases) and control group (115 cases).The control group were given with traditional muscle function exer-cise treatment,electrical stimulation and biofeedback treatment was added to the observation group on the basis of con-trol group.After one period of treatment,the improvement of muscle strength was assessed,sexual life quality and urinary incontinence were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of muscle strength improvement in the ob-servation group was 90.0%,higher than 73.9% of the control group,the difference was significant (P〈0.05).The urinary incontinence and improvement of sexual life quality in the observation group were better than those of control group,the difference was significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction has better efficiency,which can significantly improve the quality of life,is worthy of clinical applica-tion.
