电针治疗小儿脑瘫30例的临床疗效观察

目的观察电针治疗小儿脑瘫的的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照的试验方法，将45例脑瘫患儿按照2：1的比例随机分为电针治疗组（试验组）30例，传统针刺组（对照组）15例，均治疗60次。从治疗前后运动功能，语言功能和智能三个方面评价其临床疗效。结果治疗组的总有效率为94．3％，对照组总有效率为80．0％，但两组疗效相似。结论电针治疗小儿脑瘫值得在临床上推广应用。

Electric acupuncture for treatment of 30 cases of infant cerebral palsy

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of electroacupuncture in children with cerebral palsy. Methods A randomized controlled trial method was adopted in this study. In accordance with the 2 ： 1 ratio, 45 children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into electroacupuncture treatment group （30 cases）, and traditional acupuncture group （15 cases）. All patients were treated for 60 times. The clinical efficacy was evaluated by comparison of the motor function, language function and intelligence before and after treatment. Results In treatment group, the total effective rate was 94. 3%, and in control group, 80. 0%. Conclusion Electroacupuncture is effective to treat infant cerebral palsy and it deserves extensive use clinically.
