中西医结合治疗弱精子症患者116例临床观察

目的探讨中西医结合治疗弱精子症导致男性不育的方法与疗效。方法将弱精子症导致男性不育患者280例随机分为三组。西医组69例,采用常规西药治疗;中医组95例,采用中药四子种王胶囊治疗;中西医结合组116例,采用常规西药加中药四子种王胶囊治疗。各组均以90 d为1个疗程,对比用药前后各组精液参数变化并对其配偶妊娠情况进行随访观察。结果治疗结束后,中西医结合组临床疗效及精液各参数变化与西医组、中医组比较,差异皆有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论中西医结合治疗方法可改善男性弱精子症患者精子质量,提高男性弱精子症的妊娠率。

Clinical Observation of 116 cases of Asthenozoospermia Treated with Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective To explore the therapeutic method and effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine on sterility caused by asthenozoospermia.Methods 280 cases of sterility caused by asthenozoospermia were randomized into three groups.69 cases in a western medicine group were treated with conventional western medicine.95 cases in a Chinese medicine group were treated with Chinese medicine,sizi zhongwang capsules.116 cases in an integrated Chinese and western were treated with the conventional western medicine and sizi zhongwang capsules.The treatment of 90 days made 1 session in each group.The semen parameter changes were compared before and after medication and the follow-up observation was conducted for pregnancy situation.Results At the end of treatment,the clinical efficacy and the changes in semen parameters were different significantly in the integrated Chinese and western medicine as compared with the western medicine group and the Chinese medicine group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The therapeutic method of integrated Chinese and western medicine improves the sperm quality and pregnancy rate for the patients with asthenozoospermia.
