| 摘 要： | 目的：测定乳腺康注射液中原儿茶醛的含量。方法：采用薄层扫描法。结果：原儿茶醛在浓度为10．78mg·ml－1～3．90mg·ml－1范围内，其浓度与斑点峰面积呈线性关系；回收率为98．82％，RSD＝0．036％。结论：方法简便快速，数据准确，可作为样品的检测方法。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To separate and determine protocatechuic aldehyde in Ruxiankang injection. METHODS: A TLC scaning method was used. RESULTS: The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.78 mg·ml-1～3.90 mg·ml-1 for protocatechuic aldehyde. The average recovery of protocatechuic aldehyde was 98.82% (RSD=0.036%). CONCLUSION: This method was found to be simple, quick and accurate for simultaneous determination of protocatechuic aldehyde in Ruxiankang injection. |
