摘    要:
本文用邻苯三酚自氧化抑制法测定了44例海洛因成瘾者和20例健康人血红细胞超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性。发现海洛因成瘾组SOD活性明显低于正常对照组,两者有显著差异(P<0.001),并对SOD活性下降原因进行了初步探讨。

Abstract:
The activities of red cell superoxide dismutase (SOD) in 44 heroin addicts and 20 healthy individuals were determined by autoxidation of pyrogallol. The results showed that SOD activities in heroin addicts were lower than those in healthy individuals. There were significant differences between two groups (P<0. 001). A preliminary analysis on the decrease of SOD activities in heroin addicts had been made.
