| 摘 要： | 细针细胞学穿刺肝占位性病变201例,能够明确诊断良恶性者183例,其中80例有手术后病理组织学对照,73例组织学完全符合,准确率达91.4%,着重探讨原发性和继发性肝癌的细胞学特征。结论：经皮肝穿刺细胞学诊断肝癌很有价值。

| Abstract: | cases of hepatic space occupying lesion were diagnosed by needle biopsy.Benign or malignant cancer can be judged in 183 cases.80 cases among them had histological control,and 73 cases results were identical with histological test.The accurate ratio was 91.4%.This article focuses on the cytological traits of primary and secondary liver cancer.It has been suggested that the diagnosis by needle cytological biopysy through skin on liver cancer has significant values. |
