摘    要:
ATP结合盒转运蛋白A1(ATP-binding cassette transporter A1,ABCA1)是一种以ATP为能源进行物质转运的膜蛋白,胆固醇、磷脂等脂类物质是ABCA1的主要转运底物,胆固醇负荷、cAMP、PPAR等信号在调节ABCA1表达中有重要影响。ABCA1在胆固醇逆转运(reverse cholesterol transport,RCT)过程中与载脂蛋白结合参与高密度脂蛋白(high density lipoprotein,HDL)的形成,是RCT中的第一步也是关键的一步,也是该领域中研究的热点。

Abstract:
ATP-binding cassette transporter A1(ABCA1) is a membrane protein with ATP energy.Cholesterol,phospholipids and other lipids are major transit substrates of ABCA1.Cholesterol loading,cAMP,PPAR expression and other signals have important influences in the regulation of ABCA1 expression.ABCA1 binds with apolipoprotein and involves in the formation of high-density lipoprotein in reverse cholesterol transport(RCT),which is the first and key step in RCT and is the hotspot of the research in this field.
