| 摘 要： | 目的：评价肝癌高危人群周期性筛检模式的效益。方法：将筛检史变量应用因子模型中主成分法转化成彼此独立的综合指标，然后用Logistic回归模型分析综合指标对肝癌病例生存期的影响。结果：3个综合指标均进入Logistic回归模型。结论：该筛检模式可以比临床提早发现病例，这些病例如得到及时治疗，其生存期有望延长。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the benefit of periodic screening mode in high-risk population of primary hepatic carcinoma.Method First,using of the screening data of high-risk live cancerous population,the variables of screening history were transformed into synthetic indexes which were independent each other when using principal component methods in factor analysis model;Then,the effect of synthetic indexes and liver function index on survival time was analysised with Logistic model.Result All of the three synthetic indexes entered the Logistic regression model.Conclusion The screening mode can find cases ahead of the clinic.If these cases have received treatment timely,it is hopeful to prolong their survival time. |
