早期个性化护理对膀胱全切患者术后生活质量的影响

目的：探讨早期个性化护理对膀胱全切患者术后生活质量的影响。方法：以2011年1月-2013年1月本院收治的60例膀胱全切患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，所有患者均积极治疗原发病并行相应护理，观察组患者在此基础上增加早期个性化护理干预。比较两组患者术后康复情况、自我护理能力、对护理服务的满意度和生活质量之间的差异。结果：观察组术后康复情况、自我护理能力、对护理服务的满意度和生活质量均高于对照组，其差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：早期个性化护理对于膀胱全切患者有积极作用，其可以加速患者术后康复，提高患者自我护理能力和对护理服务的满意度，改善患者生活质量。

The Effect Analysis of Personalized Nursing Intervention in the Development of Life Quality among the Patients with Radical Cystectomy

Objective： To analyze the effect of personalized nursing intervention in the development of llfe quality among the patients with radical eystectomy. Method： 60 patients after radical cystectomy were divided into objective group and control group according to random number table method. The control group was used conventional nursing plan and the objective group was additional personalized nursing intervention. The difference of the postoperative recovery, self care ability, life quality and nursing service satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Result： The postoperative recovery, self care ability, life quality and nursing service satisfaction of the objective group were higher than that in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： It will get a satisfactory effect to use personalized nursing intervention in the development of life quality among the patients with radical cysteetomy, with higher level of quality of life, postoperative recovery, self care ability and nursing service satisfaction.
