急性非静脉曲张上消化道出血急诊内镜止血治疗的临床分析

目的：探讨急性非静脉曲张上消化道出血急诊内镜止血治疗的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析2011年8月-2013年5月本院收治的85例急性非静脉曲张上消化道出血患者（内镜组）的临床治疗资料，选择同期未行急诊内镜治疗的加例患者作为对照组。比较两组的止血效果。结果：内镜组止血有效率达到97．6％，对照组为65．O％，两组止血有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论：急性非静脉曲张上消化道出血急诊内镜止血治疗的临床效果令人满意，不仅安全有效，而且方便快捷，值得临床广泛应用，在内镜治疗方式的选择方面应视患者情况合理选择。．

The Clinical Analysis of Emergency Therapeutic Endoscopy for Acute Non-variceal Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

Objective： To investigate therapeutic curative effects of emergency endoscopy for acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Method： 85 patients with UGI bleeding （ the Endoscopic group ） were examined and treated with emergency endoscopy from August 2011 to May 2013, and the patients＇ clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. 40 patients at the same period who were not examined and treated with emergency endoscopy were selected and as the control group. The hemostatic effect of two groups were compared. Result： The effective bemostatic rate of the endoscopy group was 97.6%, the control group was 65.0%. There was statistical difference （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Emergency endoscopy is an efficient, safe, useful and convenient way to therapy, of acute non-varieeal upper gastrointestinal bleeding. In the choice of endoscopic therapy method should be according to the condition of patients.
