观察不同脐部护理方法在预防新生儿脐炎方面的效果

目的：观察采用不同的脐部护理方法对于预防新生儿脐炎的临床效果。方法：选取本院2010年1月-2013年4月期间正常分娩的新生儿300例,按照随机数字表法将其分为A组、B组、C组三组,每组100例,分别采用脐带卷包扎脐部护理法、常规脐部护理法及二次断脐护理法,观察三组新生儿的脐部护理效果,其中包括脐带的脱落时间、脐部的出血情况以及脐炎的发生率等。结果：C组脐带的脱落时间最短、出血情况最少,并且脐炎发生的例数也最低,与其他两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;A、B两组脐带脱落时间、脐部出血情况以及脐炎发生情况比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：对于新生儿的脐部护理,包扎法预防脐炎的效果一般,在进行脐部常规护理的基础上,同时给予新生儿二次断脐护理,护理效果较为显著,有效的降低了脐部感染发生的几率,可在临床广泛推广应用。

The Observation of the Clinical Effect of Different Nursing Methods at Umbilical Region for Prevent Neonatal Omphalitis

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of using different umbilical region nursing method to prevent umbilical region inflammation. Method：Selecting 300 neonatal cases,which were normally delivered from January 2010 to April 2013 in the hospital. We randomly divided these cases into group A,group B and group C,each group had 100 cases. The three methods were used,the umbilical cord wrapped umbilical nursing method,conventional umbilical nursing method and two umbilical nursing method. The effects of umbilical region nursing of the three groups were observed,including the umbilical cord off time,umbilical bleeding and omphalitis occurrence rate. Result：The group C had significant difference comparing the two other groups with the shortest falling off time,the least bleeding and the least number of umbilical region inflammation case（P＆lt;0.05）. There was no obvious difference between group A and group B in the time of falling off, bleeding and umbilical region inflammation,so there was no major significance in statistics（P＆gt;0.05）. Conclusion：Bandaging method to prevent umbilical region inflammation is less effective for newborn navel nursing. Giving the newborn secondary break umbilical nursing,on the basis of conventional nursing care,is more effective for reducing effectively the incidence of the navel infection. This method can be widely applied in clinic.
