探讨预见性护理干预对髋关节置换术后并发症的影响

目的：研究分析预见性护理干预对髋关节置换术后患者并发症的影响。方法：选取2010年5月-2013年6月在本院因股骨颈骨折行髋关节置换术的120例患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各60例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上给予预见性护理干预，4周后观察两组患者尿路感染、坠积性肺炎、术口感染、假体脱出、深静脉血栓等并发症的发生率，比较两组患者平均住院时间。结果：观察组患者在住院期间的术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组，且观察组平均住院时间为（35.0±1.5）d，明显少于对照组的平均住院时间（45.5±3.0）d，比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对人髋关节置换术后患者采取积极的预见性护理，可降低尿路感染、坠积性肺炎、术口感染、假体脱出、深静脉血栓等并发症的发生，缩短住院时间，在临床上值得应用和推广。

Discussion on the Effects of Predictive Nursing Intervention on Complications after Hip Replacement

Objective：To study the effects of predictive nursing intervention on patients with complications after hip replacement.Method：120 collum femoris fracture patients treated with hip replacement were selected as the research objects in our hospital from May 2010 to June 2013,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,while the observation group was given the predictive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The complication rate after 4 weeks between the two groups were observed, such as urinary tract infection,hypostatic pneumonia,wound infection,implant extrusion,deep vein thrombosis.The average hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Result：The complication rate of the observation group during hospitalization was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the average hospital stay was（35.0±1.5）d, it was significantly less than（45.5±3.0）d of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The patients take positive predictive nursing care after hip replacement,can reduce complications such as urinary tract infection,hypostatic pneumonia,wound infection,implant extrusion,deep vein thrombosis and shorten the length of hospitalization,so it is worth application and promotion clinically.
