人脊柱棘间韧带与黄韧带应力松弛实验的研究

摘    要:从应力松弛力学特性角度对棘间韧带和黄韧带进行定量分析,为人工韧带材料研究和韧带损伤吻合手术提供应力松弛力学参数。将标本装夹于软组织夹具中,之后装夹于电子万能试验机夹头内,驱动机器以1%/s的应变增加速度对标本施加拉应变,在36.5℃温度场下进行实验,采集90个数据,实验结束后计算机自动输出7 200 s之间应力松弛数据和曲线。棘间韧带组7 200 s应力松弛量为1.06 MPa,黄韧带组7 200s应力松弛量为1.62 MPa。棘间韧带和黄韧带具有不同的应力松弛力学特性。

Abstract:To analyze the perspective of interspinous ligaments and ligamentum flavum and provide the stress relaxation mechanical parameters for artificial ligament materials research,ligament injury and ligament anastomosis surgery. The specimen were fixted in soft tissue,after clamping in electronic pressure universal testing machine,the machine was driven with 1% /s strain increasing speed of specimen in 36. 5 ℃ experimental temperature field,90 experimental data were collected after experiment,the stress relaxation data and curves were output by the computer automaticly at 7 200 s. The amount of stress relaxation was 1. 06 MPa,the ligamentum flavum group was 1. 62 MPa. The interspinous ligaments and ligamentum flavum have different stress relaxation mechanical properties.
