三七总皂甙对急性有机磷农药中毒患者脏器损伤的保护作用研究

目的：三七总皂甙对急性有机磷农药中毒脏器损伤的保护作用。方法：将52例口服有机磷农药中毒患者随机分为2组，一组为常规治疗组（n=26）给予洗胃、腹能剂、阿托品及对症处理，另一组为中西药治疗组（n=26)在常规治疗组的基础上加中用药三七总皂甙（200mg/d，同时以30例健康体检者为正常对照组，观察2组治疗前和治疗后72h以及健康体检组体检时血清胆碱酯酶（CHE）、丙氨酸氨基转酶（ALT）、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）、乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）、肌酸磷酸激酶（CK）、白细胞介素－6（IL－6）白细胞介素－8（IL－8）变化。结果中西药治疗组治疗后72hALT、AST、CK、LDH、TNF、IL－6、IL－8值较常规治疗组减少（P＜0．05，P＜0．01）。结论三七总皂甙对急性有机磷中毒致脏器损伤具有保护作用。

Protective Effect of Panax Notoginseng Saponin on Visceral Injury of Acute Organophosphorus Poisoning

To observe the protective effect of Panax Notoginseng Saponin (PNS) on visceral injury of acute orgaophosphorus poisoning (AOP).Methods:52 patients with AOP were divided into two grorps of 26 patients each:the first grorp received routine treatment,and the second group received routine treatment plus PNS 200mg/day.30 healthy subjects were recruited as the control group.Cholinesterase (CHE),alanine aminotransferase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST),lactate dehydrogenase (LDH),creatine phosphokinase (CPK),interleukin? 6 (IL? 6) and interleukin? 8 (IL? 8) were detected before treatment and 72 hours after treatment in two treatment groups and during physical examination in healthy group. Results:After 72 hours of treatment,above indexes in PNS treatment grorp decreased significantly than those of routine treatment group (P<0.05, P<0.01)Conclusion:PNS has protective effects on visceral injury of AOP.
