三七总皂甙对急性有机磷农药中毒患者脏器损伤的保护作用研究

摘    要:目的:三七总皂甙对急性有机磷农药中毒脏器损伤的保护作用。方法:将52例口服有机磷农药中毒患者随机分为2组,一组为常规治疗组(n=26)给予洗胃、腹能剂、阿托品及对症处理,另一组为中西药治疗组(n=26)在常规治疗组的基础上加中用药三七总皂甙(200mg/d,同时以30例健康体检者为正常对照组,观察2组治疗前和治疗后72h以及健康体检组体检时血清胆碱酯酶(CHE)、丙氨酸氨基转酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)白细胞介素-8(IL-8)变化。结果中西药治疗组治疗后72hALT、AST、CK、LDH、TNF、IL-6、IL-8值较常规治疗组减少(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论三七总皂甙对急性有机磷中毒致脏器损伤具有保护作用。

Abstract:To observe the protective effect of Panax Notoginseng Saponin (PNS) on visceral injury of acute orgaophosphorus poisoning (AOP).Methods:52 patients with AOP were divided into two grorps of 26 patients each:the first grorp received routine treatment,and the second group received routine treatment plus PNS 200mg/day.30 healthy subjects were recruited as the control group.Cholinesterase (CHE),alanine aminotransferase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST),lactate dehydrogenase (LDH),creatine phosphokinase (CPK),interleukin? 6 (IL? 6) and interleukin? 8 (IL? 8) were detected before treatment and 72 hours after treatment in two treatment groups and during physical examination in healthy group. Results:After 72 hours of treatment,above indexes in PNS treatment grorp decreased significantly than those of routine treatment group (P<0.05, P<0.01)Conclusion:PNS has protective effects on visceral injury of AOP.
