某高职学院学生抑郁症状及影响因素分析

目的了解高职院校学生抑郁症现状,为探讨应对抑郁症状的有效方法,促进学生心理健康提供依据。方法对渭南某高职院校2007级1 012名学生采用自编问卷和CES-D分别进行调查,并进行影响因素的分析。结果肯定有抑郁症状者占30.3%,可能有抑郁症状者16.4%,人际关系差、女性、上网、内向型性格、经历负性事件等因素均对抑郁症状产生显著影响。结论高职院校学生心理健康问题较为突出,建议加强高职院校学生心理健康教育。

Investigation on depressive symptoms and influencing factors of students in a vocation college

Objective To understand the status and influencing factors of depression among vocational college students,so as to provide the evidence for preventive interventions.Methods A total of 1 012 students chosen from Weinan Vocation Collage in 2007 were investigated with self-made questionnaire and CES-D,and the results were analyzed statistically.Results Totally 30.3% of the students had depressive symptoms definitely,and 16.4% of the students had the symptoms probably.The mean score was 15.23±7.04.The significantly influencing factors were poor interpersonal relations,gender（female）,whether online,personality type,negative incidents,etc.Conclusions The vocational college students have prominent mental health problems,and we should enhance the mental health education for them.
