依达拉奉治疗原发性脑干损伤40例

目的:观察依达拉奉对原发性脑干损伤患者的治疗效果。方法:原发性脑干损伤患者40例,随机分为依达拉奉组和对照组各20例,2组均接受脑外伤常规治疗,依达拉奉组同时于入院后24 h开始静脉滴注依达拉奉,30 mg,每日2次,共2周。2组均采用格拉斯哥预后评分(GOS)评定伤后6个月时的疗效,并测定治疗后7、15 d脑脊液谷氨酸、IL-6含量,于治疗后1个月记录清醒例数及平均清醒时间,于入院24 h、7 d、24 d测定肝肾功能、血常规、凝血机制。结果:依达拉奉组谷氨酸、IL-6含量低于对照组(P<0.01),预后优于对照组(P<0.01)。2组均无凝血障碍及肝肾并发症。结论:依达拉奉可减轻原发性脑干损伤患者脑原发性和继发性损伤,改善患者预后。

Effectiveness of Edaravone in Patients with Primary Brain Stem Injury

Objective:Efficacy of Edaravone in patients with primary stem injury has been evaluated.Methods: Forty patients with primary brain stem injury were randomly divided into Edaravone and routine groups.The 20 cases in Edaravone group were treated with Edaravone(infusion at a dose of 30mg,twice a day) for 14 days based on the basic neurosurgical therapy.The 20 patients in the routine group just received the basic neurosurgical therapy similar to the Edavarone group.GOS,contents of glutamic acid and IL-6,and the recovery conditions of the patients between two groups were compared.Results: Concentrations of glutamic acid and IL-6 in Edaravone group were significantly lower than in control group(P<0.01),and the Edaravone group had a better prognosis than control group measured by GOS(P<0.01).Conclusion: The therapy containing Edaravone may have the neuroprotective effects in the patients with primary brain stem injury,and may improve the prognosis.
