酮替芬对感染伯氏疟原虫小鼠血清维生素A,C,E含量的影响

摘    要:采用荧光分光光度法和紫外分光光度法测定感染伯氏疟原虫(P.b,ANKA株)小鼠血清中维生素A,C,E含量。感染未治组小鼠血清V.A,V.C含量明显低于酮替芬组、酮替芬+氯喹组及正常组,与氯喹组无显著差异,酮替芬及酮替芬+氯喹组的小鼠血清中V.A,V.C含量与正常组无显著差异。各组V.E无显著差异。

Abstract:Using fluorecent and visible ultraviolet spectrometries, a comparative study of the V. A, V. E, V. C contents in the sera of mice infected with Plasmidium berghei and treated with ketolfen and chloroquine was made. The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference in V. E content among them (P>0. 05) ,but the V. A and V. C contents were significantly lower in infected mice than in the others (P<0. 01), except the mice treated with chloroquine only(P>0. 05). The V. A and V. C con- tents in infected mice had no obviously difference after treatment with ketolfen and chloroquine and were in the normal level. The relation of V. A and V. C contents in the sera of mice between the infection and treatment with antiplasmodial drug is worthy to be studied further.
