| 摘 要： | 目的探讨儿童病毒性小脑炎的临床特点及应用地塞米松和免疫球蛋白联合治疗的疗效。方法将38例病毒性小脑炎患儿分为治疗组(n=22)和对照组(n=16),对照组给予抗病毒、促进脑细胞代谢和功能恢复及对症治疗等,治疗组在对照组常规治疗的基础上联合应用地塞米松和免疫球蛋白,对两组的临床疗效进行分析。结果治疗组与对照组的临床症状、体征完全消失的时间间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童病毒性小脑炎以共济失调为主要表现,联合应用地塞米松、免疫球蛋白治疗能缩短病程。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and clinical effects of dexamethasone combines with immunoglobulin for children with viral cerebellitis.Methods Totally 38 children patients were divided into therapeutic group(n=22)and control group(n=16).The patients in the control group received anti-virus therapy,improvement of metabolite and functional recovery of cerebral cells,and symptomatic treatment;and the patients therapeutic group accepted dexamethasone plus immunoglobulin intravenously on the basic therapies for control group.The clinical effects in both groups were analyzed.Results The time of clinical symptomatic disappearance in therapeutic group was obviously shorter than that in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Viral cerebellitis in children takes ataxia as the major manifestation.Combination therapy of dexamethasone and immunoglobulin can shorten the course. |
