| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨祛风止痒口服液治疗急性荨麻疹的作用机制。方法：运用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测急性荨麻疹患者治疗前后血清IL-2、IL-4水平以及外周血体外培养产生IL-2、IL-4的水平。结果：经祛风止痒口服液治疗的急性荨麻疹患者外周血单一核细胞在体内和体外产生IL-2的水平显著升高，产生IL-4的水平明显降低。结论：祛风止痒口服液治疗急性荨麻疹的作用机制可能在于调节外周血单一核细胞分泌IL-2和IL-4等Th1和Th2类细胞因子的水平，以消除变应性炎症和恢复正常免疫功能。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the mechanism of Qufengzhiyang oral liquid in the treatment of acute urticaria.Methods:A sandwich ELISA technique was applied to detect the expression of serum IL-2 and IL-4 in the patients with acute urticaria before and after oral administration of the liquid in vivo and in vitro.Results:The level of IL-2 produced by peripheral blood morphological cells(PBMC)was significantly higher after treatment both in vivo and in vitro,while IL-4 was lower after treatment.Conclusion:One of the most important mechanisms of the medicine in the treatment of acute urticaria is that it can regulate the production of interleukins by Th1 or Th2 cells,such as IL-2,IL-4,thus,to eliminate allergic inflammation and to restore the immunological function. |
