| 摘 要： | 目的 观察微型松解术治疗软组织疼痛的疗效。方法 4 30例局限性软组织疼痛患者 ,手术松解l～ 3次 ,并随访 3～ 6个月。结果 1次治愈 2 92例 ,占 6 8.0 % ,2次治愈 110例 ,占 2 5.5% ,3次治愈 2 0例 ,占 4 .6 % ,无效 8例 ,占 1.9% ,总有效率 98.1%。结论 微型松解术治疗软组织疼痛疗效可靠 ,方法简单 ,值得进一步推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of mico-relaxant procedures on soft tissue algesia.Methods 430 cases with soft tissue local algesia(20 days to l4 years)were treated with micro-relaxant operations, with the patients followed up for 3～6 months.Results 292 cases of them were cured for the first time(68%),110 cases were cured two times(25.5%),and 20 cases were cured three times(4.6%),with total efficiency rate 98.1%.Conclusion Soft tissue local algesia treated with micro-relaxant operations was a simple and effective. |
