| Abstract: | Two patients found to have congenital absence of the circumflex coronary artery are reported. The clinical, electrocardiographic, vectorcardiographic, and cineangiographic findings are presented. No distinctive clinical or laboratory abnormalities were found except for the unusual anatomical posterior origin of the ostium of the main left coronary artery. |
