| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨 CT、超声、CA125联合检测对卵巢癌的诊断价值.方法:回顾分析经 CT、超声、CA125检测的卵巢肿瘤患者196例临床资料,以术后病理诊断标准判断三者的诊断价值.结果:在卵巢癌诊断中 CT、超声、CA125三者联合检查比单一检查准确性高(P<0.05),但 CT检查的术前分期与术后病理分期比较无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论:卵巢癌术前 CT、超声、CA125联合检测可以提高患者术前诊断准确性,且 CT在卵巢癌分期诊断中准确性较高.

| Abstract: | Objectives: To explore the value of CT combined with ultrasonic and CA125 test in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.Methods:A retrospective study was made on the clinical data of 196 ovarian cancer patients who were diagnosed by CT,ultrasonic and CA125 tests.The diagnostic values of the three tests were assessed by the postoperative pathologic test criteria.Results:The combined test with CT,ultrasonic and CA125 showed more accurate diagnosis of ovarian cancer than one single test(P<0.05).CT test showed no significant difference from the postoperative pathologic tests in detecting the stages of ovarian cancer(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined diagnosis with CT,ultrasonic and CA125 tests can improve the diagnostic accuracy for ovarian cancer.CT scan has a high value in predicting the stages of ovarian cancer. |
