| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨泛昔洛韦联合转移因子治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的疗效。方法:治疗组32例,口服泛昔洛韦片,每次250mg,3次/d,连用10d后改为每次250mg,2次/d;同时口服转移因子胶囊,每次6mg,3次/d;两种药物联用2个月后停药。对照组28例,仅口服泛昔洛韦片,用法及疗程同治疗组。结果:治疗组的治愈率及总有效率均较对照组明显提高,复发率显著下降。结论:联合使用泛昔洛韦和转移因子是治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的一种有效的方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of faciclovir combined with transfer factor on the treatment of recurrent genital herpes.Methods: Sixty patients with recurrent genital herpes were randomly divided into two groups: 32 cases in the treatment group who received oral famciclovir(250mg three times daily for 10 days,and then turned to twice daily) combined with transfer factor(6mg three times daily) for two months;28 cases in the control group who only received famciclovir(250mg three times daily for 10 days,and then turned to twice daily) for two months.Results: the curative rate and overall effective rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The treatment group also showed markedly lower recurrence rate.Conclusions: Famciclovir combined with transfer factor proves to be an effective therapy for recurrent genital herpes. |
