超声乳化与小切口白内障摘出术疗效比较及对眼表的影响

目的观察小切口白内障摘出术与超声乳化白内障摘出术的临床疗效以及对眼表的影响。方法选取2009至2010年我院白内障患者44例(44眼),按手术方式将其分为观察组(22例)和对照组(22例),分别行小切口白内障摘出术和超声乳化白内障摘出术,观察术前及术后1个月时的视力、并发症情况,同时检查术后1d、1周、1个月的角膜知觉及泪液分泌量情况。结果观察组术后视力在0.05～0.29者4眼,0.30～0.49者6眼,0.50～0.79者8眼,0.80～1.00者4眼;对照组术后视力在0.05～0.29者6眼,0.30～0.49者10眼,0.50～0.79者4眼,0.80～1.00者2眼;和对照组相比,观察组患者术后视力更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。和对照组相比,观察组术后各并发症发生的比例明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1d、1周、1个月,观察组中央、下方、上方的角膜知觉恢复情况明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05);观察组患者泪液分泌量与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。结论小切口白内障摘出术较超声乳化白内障摘出术手术切口小,操作简便,术后恢复更快。

Clinical effect comparison of phacoemulsification and small incision cataract extraction and their effects on ocular surface

Objective To observe the clinical effect of small incision cataract extraction and phacoemulsification and their effects on ocular surface.Methods A total of 44 cataract patients(44 eyes) from 2009 to 2010 in our hospital were chosen,according to the surgical type,the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,22 cases in each group,the small incision cataract extraction and phacoemulsification were performed,respectively.The preoperative and postoperative visual acuity,postoperative complications were observed,and the corneal sensitivity and tear secretion at postoperative 1 day,1 week,1 month were examined.Results The postoperative visual acuity in observation group was from 0.05 to 0.29 in 4 eyes,from 0.30 to 0.49 in 6 eyes,from 0.50 to 0.79 in 8 eyes,from 0.80 to 1.00 in 4 eyes,which in control group was 6 eyes,10 eyes,4 eyes,2 eyes;Compared with control group,the visual acuity of observation group was better,there was statistical difference(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the prevalence of each complication in observation group was obviously decreased,there was statistical difference(P<0.05).At postoperative 1 day,1 week,1 month,the central,superior and inferior corneal sensitivity of observation group was significant better than that of control group,there were statistical differences(all P<0.05);There was no statistical difference in tear secretion between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with phacoemulsification,the small incision cataract extraction is simple and convenient with rapid postoperative recovery.
