健康教育干预对慢性前列腺炎患者生活质量的影响

目的:探讨健康教育对慢性前列腺炎患者生活质量的影响.方法:将78例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分成实验组和对照组(每组39例).两组均给予临床保守治疗,实验组结合健康教育.通过问卷调查比较两组患者对生殖健康知识知晓率和生活质量情况.结果:实验组生殖健康知识知晓率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)；在躯体功能、心理功能、生活质量方面也高于对照组,差异也具统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论:健康教育干预提高慢性前列腺炎患者的自我保健意识,改善患者生活质量明显.

Effect of health education on the life quality of chronic prostatitis patients

Objectives: To investigate the effect of health education on the life quality of chronic prostatitis patients.Method: Seventy-eight cases of chronic prostatitis patients were randomly divided into two groups(39 cases for each group),and received clinical conservative treatment.Health education intervention was added to the treatment for experimental group.A questionnaire survey was made to compare the difference of the two groups’ knowledge of reproductive health and their quality of life.Results: The experimental group’s level of reproductive health knowledge was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The experimental group was also significantly better than the control group in terms of physical function,psychological function and the quality of life(P<0.01).Conclusion: Health education can greatly contribute to the self health protection awareness of chronic prostatitis patients and improve their quality of life.
