| 摘 要： | 糖尿病视网膜病变( diabetic retinopathy,DR)是工作人群中首位的致盲性眼病.视网膜激光光凝术和玻璃体切割术是目前干预和治疗DR的经典模式.随着手术设备的不断更新和手术技术的日益成熟,手术治疗的有效性是眼科临床医师关注的重点和难题.本文就DR的视网膜激光光凝术和手术治疗有效性现状进行总结如下.

| Abstract: | Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is the leading cause of blindness and visual impairment in the working-age population.Laser photocoagulation and vitrectomy are the two main surgical therapies.As the improvement of surgical instruments and surgical skills,ophthalmologists should pay more attention to the efficacy of surgical treatment for DR.This article summarizes the status of the treatment model for DR with retinal laser photocoagulation and vitreous surgery. |
