曲唑酮治疗伴焦虑症状慢性前列腺炎的对照研究

目的:探讨曲唑酮治疗伴焦虑症状慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效.方法:慢性前列腺炎患者110例随机分为研究组(n=54)与对照组(n=56),所有患者均进行门诊对症治疗、疾病健康教育、心理治疗,研究组口服盐酸曲唑酮片治疗,疗程6周.采用慢性前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HAMA-14)评估疗效.结果:治疗前两组患者NIH-CPSI、HAMA-14评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者治疗后NIH-CPSI、HAMA-14评分均比治疗前下降(P<0.05),治疗后研究组患者NIH-CPSI、HAMA-14评分低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:曲唑酮治疗更能改善前列腺炎患者的躯体症状和焦虑症状,耐受性好.

Effect of trazodone on the treatment of chronic prostatitis complicated with anxiety:a randomly controlled trial

Objectives: To examine the clinical effect of trazodone on the treatment of chronic prostatitis complicated with anxiety symptoms.Methods: A total of 110 patients with chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into two groups: the study group(n=54) and the control group(n=56).All the patients received outpatient symptomatic treatment,health education and psychological therapy.In addition,patients in the study group orally took trazodone for 6 weeks.The assessment of the effect was made according to the NIH Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index(NIH-CPSI) and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA-14).Results: Before the treatment,the scores of NIH-CPSI and HAMA-14 of the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05);After the treatment,the scores of both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05) with the score of the study group significantly lower than that of the control(P<0.05).Conclusion: Trazodone could improve the body and anxiety symptoms of chronic prostatitis patients.
