| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨无张力阴道吊带术(TVT)治疗女性压力性尿失禁的疗效。方法 30例女性压力性尿失禁患者行经阴道TVT。结果 随访3-31个月，平均21．8个月。术后拔除导尿管后尿失禁症状均得到控制，1例术后6个月再次出现尿失禁症状。2例术后出现排尿困难，分别于3周和2个月后恢复正常排尿。4例术后有尿频、尿急的症状。结论 TVT术操作简单、安全，效果好。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence by tension-free vaginal tape(TVT).Methods TVT was performed in 30 female cases with stress urinary incontinence.Results At mean 21.8 months follow up (from 3-31 months),all cases clinically improved,and only one recurred after 6 months.Dysuria occurred in 2 cases,who got right after 3 weeks and 2 months.After operation,urgency and frequency of micturition occurred in 4 cases.Conclusion TVT is a simple,safe and reliable procedure for stress uinary incontinence with good result. |
